Ladies Appreciation Dinner - 2013

If you haven't emailed me yet regarding the Wife Appreciation Night on May 11, please send me your choices for dinner at Verrazano's by the end of March so I can organize the meals. Your choices will be counted as votes and the ones with the most votes will be our meal that Saturday evening. You can email me at:

The choices are listed below:


Choose One Salad:

1. Insalata Verde Verrazano’s - Romaine hearts, shaved parmigiano, red onions & tomatoes, in a balsamic vinaigrette.

2. Spinach Salad - Fresh spinach tossed in raspberry vinaigrette with cranberry, gorgonzola, walnuts & apples.

3. Caesar Salad - Hearts of romaine tossed with our signature homemade Caesar dressing.


Choose Two Sides:

1. Farfelle al Panna Rosemary Red Potatoes - Farfelle pasta tossed with prosciutto & peas in a cream sauce.

2. Linguine Pomodoro Baked Penne - Linguini tossed with fresh tomatoes & basil large pasta tossed with marinara and baked with mozzarella cheese and basil.

3. Seasonal Vegetables.

4. Fettucini Alfredo - Fettucini in a classic cream parmesan sauce.


Choose Two Entrée Selections:

1. Chicken Marsala - Chicken breast sautéed with a Marsala wine sauce & mushrooms.

2. Stuffed Pork Loin - Stuffed with mushrooms, spinach, and sundried tomatoes.

3. Chicken Judea - Chicken breast sautéed with artichoke hearts & calamata olives in a white wine sauce.

4. Dijon Tarragon Pork - Pork Loin sautéed with a Dijon Tarragon sauce.

5. Salmon Burre Blanc - Grilled Citrus Glazed Salmon.

6. Chicken Involtino - Chicken breast sautéed & topped with prosciutto & mozzarella.


The cost will be $29.00 per person.
