Council Events

Installation of Officers: The Awards Banquet is an opportunity for the current Grand Knight to thank his council for the year's accomplishments and give out awards.

4 US Flagship Event: Ride, Run & Walk 4 US is an event to help raise money for ultra sound machines. We, as Knights, will be helping by providing a pancake breakfast on Saturday, July 28, 2012. For more information, please go here: 4us.org

Nativity House: The 3rd Sunday of every month we go to the Nativity House in Tacoma, WA to help serve breakfast.

Summer Picnic: The Summer picnic is a great opportunity for Knights and their families to enjoy some time out doors and enjoy the company of their fellow Brother's and families.

Tacoma Rainiers Game: Knights from around the Seattle join together with their families to honor the work they have done and enjoy a nice baseball game.

Fall Festival & Soccer Challenge: St. Vincent de Parish in Federal Way, once a year, puts on a Fall Festival. Each year the Knights are in charge of the All American BBQ of hot dogs, burgers, and brawts. We also put on a soccer challenge for the local kids to win certificates.

Spaghetti Dinner for Reach Out Shelter: One of our spaghetti dinners this year is going to support a local shelter that is in need of some help. The donations raised by this event will go to help the shelter for this winter.

Tootsie Roll Drive: The Tootsie Roll Drive is a great opportunity for the Knights to get out into the community. For one weekend, you'll see us in front of local grocery stores handing out fresh tootsie rolls and asking for donations to help individuals with disabilities. A portion of the fundraised money will go to a local organization call Birth to Three. This organization helps families with infants who have disabilities.

Blue Mass & Dinner: During the Blue Mass, we recognize and pray for Police Officers, Fire Fighters, and all those in uniform that help protect our streets and lives everyday. We then follow with a thank you dinner and whatever money is raised will get presented to both the Police and Fire Departments.

Sweats 4 Vets: We host a breakfast on Veteran's Day to help raise money to by sweats for those vets in hospitals that are in need of something comfy to wear.

Thanksgiving Baskets: We put together Thanksgiving Baskets full of food for families that can't afford groceries for the holiday. We then help the St. Vincent de Paul Society delivery them the Sunday before Thanksgiving.

Pro Life Formal Dinner & Fundraiser: This formal dinner fundraiser will help support the organization 4US. They are raising money to buy ultrasound machines in Washington State. Supreme will match every dollar raised to help purchase these ultrasound machines.

Christmas Potluck: The Christmas Potluck is a great family event and a great way to celebrate the birth of Christ with our Brother Knights and their families.

Christmas Baskets: We put together Christmas Baskets full of food and bags of toys for families that can't afford groceries for the holiday. We then help the St. Vincent de Paul Society delivery them the Sunday before Christmas.

Crab Feed: The Crab Feed is our most popular event of the year. We serve a four course meal of salad, clam chowder, fresh from the boat crab, and desert.

Fish Fry: We provide the community of Federal Way with a Lenten Fish Fry during the 40 days of lent. This event takes place at St. Vincent de Paul Parish in Federal Way the 6 Fridays during lent from 5pm - 7pm.

Mother's Day Breakfast: At the Mother's Day Breakfast we honor our mothers and everything they have done for us. We also go visit parishioners who are homebound and honor them with a carnation.

Ladies Appreciation Dinner: At the end of the year, the Knights like to have an event where they can appreciate that special lady in their lives. Without their support, we would not succeed.
